Have to vent!!!!

I am sooooooooooooo mad at orderscooters.com!!! I got my son an electric scooter for Christmas and it does not work and can't get a hold of a person at that place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just get a recording they are closed for the holidays!!!!! they don't answer e-mails or phone calls!!!
 
That must be really frustrating! And I'm sure your son is impatient to use his new "toy". Though if they are closed for the holidays (did it say how long), it makes sense that they aren't answering e-mails or calls. Sounds like it might be a small family business, and they are probably off visiting relatives and such.
 
yes but they said they would open back up on Sunday the 4'th
I called the company that manufactured the scooter and NOW orderscooters.com called me back!! and looks like they might replace the scooter, I don't know yet. still in communications, but if they say they are going to open on the 4'th I think they need to follow through. Don't leave customers hanging like that.
