Have lost my favorite thanksgiving recipe!

Ladies,

I need you help finding this recipe that I loved at thanksgiving last year. It is a sweetpotatoe casserole, I think that is what it is called? I got this recipe from fitnessfanatics website that is no longer up. I copied the recipe then and now it is lost.:-( Does anyone have a similiar recipe or the one from that website? If so I would be very appreciative. I loved this one so much!


It had like yams,brown sugar,pecans,and I can remember the rest.


I know you ladies have some to throw my way!
