Has anyone else discovered this little jewel?

If you are serious about health or are in the personal training industry, this magazine is a must-have!!! Best I've seen anywhere on the topic of overall fitness, and believe me, I've looked. The only place I've been able to find it "on the rack" is at Borders Book Stores.

I've been exercising and studying health and fitness for about twenty years, and yet, I still learned four new things in last month's issue (the first I'd read). It's only the second magazine I've wanted to read cover-to-cover (Hers Muscle and Fitness was the first - another excellent fitness magazine, but OnFitness slightly edges it out as my overall favorite magazine. Hers M&F is exclusive to women and focuses heavily on showcasing different workouts. OnFitness just takes the whole fitness idea to a much higher level and looks at it as whole).

I subscribe to this magazine. I love it!! It has such great information.

Would you say this magazine is comparable to HERS muscle & fitness? That is my favorite!! I get several, mainly the ones for the "easy" workout person. But I NEVER throw out my HERS!!

I think OnFitness is slightly better than Hers M&F, but that's just because I LOOOOOOVE the content. However, as you can see by my opening post, I subscribe to Hers M&F, too, and wouldn't give it up for the world. Hers M&F has more workouts, whereas OnFitness has more deep content, with isolated looks at specific exercises, with breakdowns and the how's and why's, etc.

IMO, you really need to have both OnFitness and Hers M&F in your magazine repertoir. Life just isn't complete without them both. :7

I started subscribing to this magazine a while back and I really like it because of the tons of good info in it, I have to say that I like Muscle and Fitness Hers better though, I love the variety of routines that are in each issue.

Funny you should mention Onfitness . I purchased it a month ago, at Borders, and IMO it is the best fitness magazine available. I have never liked M&F hers etc because of all the ads for supplements. And Shape, Fitness etc are just empty of good reliable information.
