Well, it looks like we took a little vacation from posting yesterday -- LMAO!!

Actually, I confess that I posted in the Cardio Coach Press Play Saturday thread, but that was it. I have lots of damily here for pops birthday so I don't really have much time to play on the forums but I wanted to at least say hello, and I didn't want to give the impression to the rest of the forum that the Haters have disbanded -- LMAO again!!

I did the CCPP workout yesterday and I did good :D . I'm nursing a sore low back/butt/hip thing. I have NO CLUE what I did, but it started bugging me about a week ago and it's steadily gotten worse. The whole area is so sore I can hardly walk ;( . I've been having to take Ibuprofen -- I've only been taking it about once a day but I may need to bump it up to 'round the clock dosing for a week or so. If that doesn't take care of it then I probably need to call the doctor.

Yesterday marked the 4th anniversary of my mom's passing and I was a little down and blue. I really miss my DH and that only made me feel worse, but do you know what he did!? He sent me a stunning bouquet of spring flowers from half way around the world! Isn't that just the sweetest thing!? The "D" definitely stands for dearest today ;)

Last night I went out to dinner with the damily, and I'm going over to mom & pops tonight and tomorrow. So -- I probably won't be around much until Tuesday. Y'all have a GREAT day and I'll BBL if I can. :* :* :*

Bummer, I didn't know your Mom had passed away 4 years ago. But, were DH knew what to do and he wanted to know he was thinking about you.

Yesterday, the sun was out so it made it feel warmer than it actually was. Plus, the home show deal. Not too many of us around to post.

What is CCPP? No more workouts till you get better.

Debating on whether to workout at all. I went to church last night so I could be home all day today with Seville and Madrid. Lazy Sundays are the best.
 
Hi Michele & Jennifer!

I had a busy day yesterday w/ workout, pet adoptions, errands, cleaning, another workout (I know, I know!), shower, more errands. Today I am being a TOTAL BUM until Chad comes over this evening, I think arouned 6:30-7. I am making chicken w/ black bean/corn salsa in the crockpot for dinner tonight, think I'm going to add in some roasted red peppers, yellow & orange peppers, and onion also.

Yesterday w/o: Drill Max-am & about 45 min of In the Ring just wanted to go over all the combos & intervals once before doing it, then a 30 minute hip/thigh/butt w/o.

Today was Shape It Up- 80 min beach body w/o. May do something later but doubt it since it's my lazy day!

Michele- Hope you feel better soon & enjoy the time with the damily.

Jennifer- I agree, lazy Sundays are the best! Hope you enjoy yours!
