Goodmorning haters. I hate that I don't have the time or energy to post here as regularly as I'd like.

Michele, did you get all you chores done? Will you have time to play a bit today? How was the visit with your sister?

Diane, how's the weight gain going? I still find it hard to believe you've gained too much, but I guess the doctor knows best.

Jen, how's it going? I feel so out of touch, I'm not sure what you're up to lately.

Dana, are you still freezing and filing? Do you guys go to the Lyco. Co. Fair? We're hoping to make it there one day next week to fill up on hot sausage sandwiches, gyros and funnel cake.

Becky, how's your MIL doing?

August, you weren't here this morning, so I don't imagine you'll be around today.:(

Shelley? Do you still check in here?

Today's workout is a premix from GS Legs. Thank goodness Cathe's July rotation focuses on timesavers. I've managed to keep up with it so far. I'm afraid I'll have to get up early the next 2 mornings to fit a workout in though. I hate the thought of stepping at 3:30am.

I was up way too early this morning and I swear I could sleep for another 8 hours http://planetsmilies.net/tired-sleeping-smiley-33.gif I'm trying to decide which workout to do today when all I really want to do is curl up with a book and veg out on the couch. It's too freaking HOT to do anything. I wonder how Cathe and crew bear up under all this heat when filming!? I set my AC at 66 last night:eek:

Robin - I thought I had completed all of my errands yesterday but I missed onex( . I might blow it off again today. I don't feel like doing anything or going anywhere. I plan to stay home and check the blog for updates every 10 minutes -- lol!!

We had a great weekend with my sister and her boys. She wanted to shop so I ran her butt all over town;( . She lives in a small town where the shopping is horrible so, while DH took the boys target shooting, I took her to Target, Linens 'n Things, Kmart, Hobby Lobby, and my favorite gourmet grocery store. Saturday night we took them out to dinner then came home and watched The Queen. We went out for Sunday brunch, then we grilled steaks at home Sunday evening. And that about sums it up. How was your weekend? Did you have a nice GTG with Liann and the wieners?

My sister is trying to quit smoking. She called some 800 # and was set up with a "stop smoking" coach. She was supposed to start tapering her cigarettes as of yesterday and I'm curious as to how she's bearing up. She could use lot's of prayers and vibes, please.

Jen - I know you're like me when it comes to this heat. So, what do you have your AC set at this morning -- LMAO!

Diane - do yo have your Mac yet? I want a full report!

Dana - are things quieting down at work yet?

August - I'm so sorry I missed you yesterday, but I sense that you will start having a little more free time soon. :)

I'm glad your sister's visit went well. I'll keep her in my prayers about the smoking. I had a nice visit with Liann and Cheyenne. What a people magnet that dog is! Liann is funny and interesting and a joy to meet. She posted a picture on Sunday's <--thread.

The weekend was nice, but it was hot and we had a bit of car trouble that limited some of our activities. We stopped at the Adams Co Winery Saturday and stayed for about an hour since they were having a free concert. The car wouldn't start when we were ready to leave. Turns out the battery terminals were so corroded, the battery hadn't been charging and it was dead as a door knob. Fortunatly, someone gave us a jump and we headed straight to the hotel instead of sightseeing and shopping in Gettysburg. The car started all weekend, but made an awful sound, so DH was afraid to start and stop it alot. For that reason, we went straight home after the car show. DH's friend said the sound is probably because the battery is dying. At least it's nothing more serious.

Where are all the rest of you haters? Hiding in some AC cooled, computerless room?
 
Hello haters. I'm in a weird mood and not very happy with myself these days, so posting is sporadic and not very joyful. Sorry. I seem to have completely lost my willpower. I don't feel much like eating, but when I do it, it's crap. I'm gaining weight like crazy and I'm all doughy and my face is disgusting and, well.... yeah, you're probably wishing I hadn't posted, huh?

Robin - your weekend sounds nice except for the car trouble.

Michele - sounds like you and your sister had a lovely weekend! I hope you're enjoying relaxing and reading your book.

Diane - how are you bearing up under all this heat?

Dana - have your boys done anything worthy of America's Funniest Home Videos lately?

Yeah, that's just what you need. A hard one. Sorry, I didn't mean to digress into pre-adolescent male humor. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I HEART you Shelley.
 
Thanks Robin. LOL - a hard one, huh? I've got Sophie this week, so the workouts will be shorter and not so hard, but I have some time to myself this weekend and I plan to work out "Jen" style;)
 
Hi ladies -

Robin - Weight gain is still under control right now. I am still down from when I was at the doctors' office. Last week at the dr's I was up 25 lbs, then lost a bit of that and was down to a 22 lb gain, and today I weighed and I am at a 23 lb gain. So I think I must have had some water weight when I was at the doctor's last. So if my true gain last week was only 22 lbs (but just had some water weight), and then this week is 23 lbs, then I am actually on track gaining 1 lb a week for the past 3 weeks, which is what I want.

Michele - I should get the iMac tomorrow. However, stupid me messed up the address for them to deliver it!! Ugg. I checked about 100 times to make sure, but I messed up. I am having it delivered to work, but put Suite 2300 instead of 230. There is not 230, so hopefully the FedEx guy will figure it out. If not, then they will give me a call and I will have to pick it up at the FedEx location. I am always able to complicate things!
 
LOL about messing up the address Diane. I was being so careful when I was signing up for the road trip, I almost missed out. I'm glad to hear your weight is back where you want it.

Here's one more hug for Shelley before I call it a day. I'm pooped and hope to get up at 3:30 to fit in a workout. Tomarrow has just too much going on after work to do one then.
 
HELLO HATERS!

SHELLEY- SAY IT AFTER ME... you have not gained weight & you look fine! Trust me, I know how you are- just like me & that is 100 times harder on yourself than you should be but trust me, I'm the same so I understand. Oh, any yeah I look pretty decent in all those pictures but also remember I knew I was going on those trips at least a month in advance so I really cleaned up my eating for the few weeks before. I know I am probably 5lbs. more now, which isn't bad but still trying to be good 100% of the time is no fun & we need to enjoy life more than worrying about an extra 5-10lbs which you know is VANITY weight and not really "overweight"!!! SO GET YOUR HEAD back on straight and realize that most women would KILL to have your body!

Michelle- I had my house @ 67 last night!!! The good news is that tomorrow the humidity is going to be much less and only highs in the high 70s... after being 92 & humid it's going to feel so cold! Hopefully that weather will be out to you by Thursday!

Robin- I am with you on feeling out of touch... nothing new here though, same old crap, new day, LOL! I have had terrible sinus headaches the last couple nights with this crazy heat & humidity.

Oh and I am know kicking myself for working out so hard the last 5 days because I've barely had energy to work out the last couple nights... I forced myself but I am taking a rest day tomorrow & going to LOVE IT! :D

It's so bloody hot here I can't stand it. The main floor and basement of my house are okay, but the bedrooms are too freakin' hot and it's making me feel ill. Oy. Please make it go away. Jen, send some of your cooler weather, please???
 
Shelley- :D There you are... I am right there with you on the feeling sick thing. I was just talking to my mom on the phone & telling her I feel like I could throw up... the heat is still here right now but it is storming pretty bad right now so I know the cool air is on it's way. I can't believe today's high was like 92 & tomorrow high is supposed to be around 78. Talk about enough to make people sick.

This heat has worn on me though, headaches so bad and just not being hungry for what I normally eat so been munching on this & that & not eating "real" food. My body is odd though and when I eat bad it takes like a week for it to show up on my butt, oh joy! So, I'll be needing you to put me in my place next week when I am bitching about my thunder thighs & large rear! ;-)
 
Hey everybody!

I went completely insane today and ate TWO peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies AND a chocolate glazed donut.:eek: }( :D :9 I had been so good for so long and finally, I just couldn't take it anymore and I broke. I'm here now, sated, and ready to start anew. I drank a whole bunch of water and did a good workout today, so hopefully I haven't done too much damage.;) I took a long nap today, too. I needed to catch up from all the activity of the past couple of weeks. I'm so glad everybody went home and my life can get back to normal.

Jen, I hope we get that cold blast. I checked out weather.com and it looks like it's supposed to be cooler here, but not quite as cool as what you're expecting. It's so humid right now that I feel sick. We had a major thunderstorm today and the air is so thick now that you could cut it with a knife.

Shelley, blast your AC, woman! Oh, and I happen to know that you look fabulous;)

Robin, I think you should withhold sex until your DH puts the AC in the window -- LMAO!

Diane -- that sounds like something I would do. I'm sure the FedEx guy will figure it out. He's probably familiar with the building. How come you had it delivered to your office?
