Just thought I'd start us off today if anyone is around. I am getting ready to remove my butt from this chair to head downstairs to workout...not sure what I'm going to do yet but thinking Powerstrike- need to burn some calories but don't have energy for high impact or interval work so think a good steady state low impact kickboxing is what I need.

What I REALLY need is to stop acting like I'm 22 again & going out so much! I didn't get home until 2AM from my boss's party which I went to at 4PM to help her set up for it. :eek: Needless to say I am tired, smell like a campfire, and drank more calories than I normally eat in a day I think! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Okay off to pull the sheets off the bed & put new ones on before the whole room starts stinking, the clothes I had on were taken off & left on the kitchen floor by the back door, my first stop when I leave the house today will be the dry cleaner.

Anyway, BBL if anyone is around! :)

Just got back from Meijer, I did LowMax this AM and plan to do HSTA tomarrow morning. Tonight, I have a party and taking a high fat Taco Salad.
Also, the State of MI is having a tense weekend. We have just over 24 hours before we shut down.
Hope to hear from Nick, but he's usually on only during the week.
My Dad is doing OK, but also wants to be doing stuff instead of resting.

I love HSTA but am limited on how often I do it b/c high step really makes my legs bigger than I like, wish it didn't as I love that workout! ;( So, did you hear from Nick today? How was the party and was it just friends/family party or work thing?

I ended up doing this today for workout, trying to make up for the drinking and on a mission to shrink my thighs again- if I am not so careful they get big quick.

Took the clothes to the drycleaner, picked up my prescriptions, and cleaned today- with only about 5 hours of sleep I am exhausted and going to bed EARLY tonight so I can be back to normal tomorrow!!!
 
Hello Jen.

So, how long was your workout? That appears to be quite a commitment. My legs have always been muscular/big although I'm small boned so the high step workouts don't bother me plus a good trainer for skiing.
Haven't heard from Nick today at all. He had Homecoming/Reunion this weekend.
The party was a potluck for church to decide how we were going to proceed. Alot of strong minds besides my own.
Sunday, I'm home all day long to clean and workout so it will be nice.
