Good morning!
There's a typhoon http://bestsmileys.com/storms/7.gif over here and what better way to spend a jungle-rainy day than in the comforts of your home in your summer home-wear! I found a great way to let the squirrels look out the window, so they spent some time watching the rain pour down, and now they are napping on opposite sides of the sofa with me in between.

Mooch has picked up a cute habit. I say cute only because I'm one of the lucky who doesn't have to be up at a certain hour.....
I'll be sleeping when suddenly I'm woken by a little squeaking. It's almost a cute tiny ru-ru-ru-ru? And I'll wake up to find that Mooch has brought over a toy and rested it up against my body and is asking to for me to play with him. I'm half-asleep and totally out of it, but am awake enough to know that it is just the cutest thing evahhh, and I can't help but to take the toy and waive it around a little.
(Yes, I know this is training him to continue to do it more but I only understand this when I'm in my awake state of mind. In the middle of the night, my brain can only register : Cute. Play toy.
Then before I know it, he plops his body down right at my face. It's really cute because he literally does a mini-dive plop, and he ends up in a little ball with the top of his head down and his chin up, right up against my face.
So I woke up at 11am.
SHELLEY - Oh gawd, you're doing the P90X nutrition plan? SCARY! How is it going? So dairy and fruit isn't considered a carb in the plan? I'm thinking it must be a starchy carb that you can only have one of in a day at first. Ewww.
>I guess it's tuna for lunch. I'm sure August's squirrels would be thrilled
They said they'd like to come over for dinner. And they're very glad to hear you're doing better.
DANA - Good for you and your exercise consistency. It sounds like we're all getting back on track here in Hatesville (which doesn't include the lot of you who were always on track, of course!). It's funny that we're all starting to be more aware of our eating and exercise at the END of summer.
That's awful about Gabe and his migraines. That must really concern you. Do migraines run in your family? I almost never get headaches, so I can hardly imagine how awful that must be. I'm glad to hear that he has an appointment to see a doctor, and hope they'll be able to tell you something helpful.
MICHELE - I love how the link for Classical Stretch brings you to something that says RETREATS AND GETAWAYS! LOL. It does look relaxing.
How frustrating not to be able to do your weight workouts especially being that you are so gusto to do them right now. Will you be able to get your extra wrist splint soon?
The neuter is half the price of the spay. What a bargain LOL. The girls will spend the night and apparently we get charged for two days (each) since we pick them up in the early evening. Ay ay ay ay ayy! Well, it's just once so....I'm sure I'll forget about the payment in a week or so.
>the term "carbs" is used so loosely anymore that I'm never totally sure what it means. Is this like a bread/pasta/potato restriction?
Oh yeah. Here we go saying the same things again. http://bestsmileys.com/lol/10.gif
>wieners are as cute as they come and they really know how to tug at your heart strings, but know this...they are the spawn of Satan.
LMAO!
JENNIFER - Ah yeah, if the agreement was for only 6 months, I think it's very fair for you to raise the price. Maybe it will even be the inspiration she needs to get her butt in gear.
David, woo hoo! You'll be seeing him this weekend? Don't worry, we won't pry.

BMI SCHMY. Michele is right. Don't go by that BMI chart.
JENNIE - That's great news about Chris and his asking you out again! Woo hoo! Are your plans for this weekend? Don't worry, we won't pry.

ROBIN -
>I hate this not being able to check in until after work.
Tell us about it! We hate it, too!
>Tell the squirrels they need to find a job with health insurance.
Come to think of it, I could use one of those, too LOL.
JENNIFER - Woo hooo! I'm so glad to hear Chad's dinner was a success! And such a healthy meal, too. Total weight-lifter's meal, eh? And I'm glad to hear you ate it.
>My cats are driving me NUTS!
LOL.
>So exactly how much more expensive is Japan than the US, like double?
Actually, I've no idea how much the procedures cost in America, so I don't even know. Roughly speaking, one spay where I am doing it in Tokyo will cost approximately $1,000. The neuter is half that price.
Wow, you don't like sitting still for long periods of time to slug out and watch movies and television? I didn't know that type of person existed LOL.
>What kind of cereal is on your dinner plate?
LMAO! That's kind of cute.
Okay. I'm off to do some Winsor buns and legs, and then a Cathe stretch because yesterday's abs made my sides toasty to the mosty!
Have a good one!
