Goooooood moron!
I had a busy, late day yesterday so I'm having a nice, pooped Saturday!
Yay for pooped Saturday! Yay for poop! Yay for poop!
Wait. That's no way to start a thread.
So is everyone going to have a nice weekend? I'm going to wake up a bit more and then hang out with Mom and watch a DVD. We bought a bunch of old movies (LITTLE WOMEN, that sort of thing) for really cheap so we'll hang and relax. Then tonight I'll go to a club and hobnob. http://www.smileyhut.com/misc_expressions/animatedwink.gif
Anyway, I hope you all have a great weekend and that it's full of fun/relaxation!
ROBIN - Yeah, I shouldn't have let Oogi get so carried away with the Stalk radishes. Her house looks like she's doing something illegal. She bought a couple extra tables at the store, but she can't fit enough in her rooms to hold the entire lot. You seem to be doing well with your house and renovations. I should have Oogi talk to you.
>Today's plan is for BM2, but since I gave blood yesterday, I doubt if I'll be able to get through the whole thing.
LMAO.
HEATHER - Heya! I was gone myself a bunch last week, too. But it sounds like you're keeping yourself busy and eating well, even at your first 2007 restaurant trip. And how cool to be traveling first clahhhss! I hope the flight is long enough so you can really enjoy it. Don't forget that at every opportunity, tell people that you are flying first clahhhss. You must take advantage of that.
>Speaking of cardio and nuts, I need a report from Michele so I can see if it is time to share my Texas Sheet Cake recipe.
LMAO.
>A Ya Ya just posted a link to a store in Dallas where I can buy more running shoes!
Oh, thank goodness! I think it's been almost a full week since you bought a pair. http://www.smileyhut.com/misc_expressions/bigwink.gif
BECKY - Oh man, talk about a good dentist story! Your mom has the best one! OMG!! That dentist must have had to have major Psychotherapy after that happened LOL. That is really interesting (if I may use that rather vulgar wording) that your migraines affect you like clockwork. How odd, and weirdly deep.
>I used chocolate & peanutbutter swirled chips.
Oh crap.
>I don't have a weakness for cookies, so I can bake them and never touch them.
So you're telling us that the migraines aren't the only freak thing that happened to you through that horrifying dentist mishap? http://www.smileyhut.com/laughing/LSHIC.gif That dentist needs to be sued if he did that to you! No weakness for home baked cookies?! Unthinkable!!
SHELLEY - Yay! Sophie's back!....So your friend will be in Osaka for the wedding? That's a little less than two hours by bullet train from Tokyo. But he really needs to brings you.
>I got a really weird e-mail from Sophie's dad (my ex-) today as well,
and I really don't know what to make of it. http://www.smileyhut.com/weapons/plasmawhore.gif
JEN - Yeah, I wish Arista would check in for a sec, or respond to Michele's email. It isn't like her. I hope she's all right. And I hope you're all right, too. I hope you didn't catch a flu?
LOL at your DVD buying spree. I had mine last year. I got so many workouts at once that now I totally don't know what I have. http://www.smileyhut.com/misc_expressions/blink.gif
So Debbie is from Slim Series? I know you often mention that series and it's got me very curious. Thanks for the link! Oh yeah, you've mentioned that endurance training works well for you. I'll bet you'll love the Jari workout in that case!
DANA - Woo hoo for your pound gone!
>Krimpits are just delish!
So what IS a Krimpit besides a word for something edible that brings the word armpits to mind?
Your weekend plans may be the "norm" to you but they do sure sound nice! LOL about the skulls and piercings.
>I keep checking in here b/c I hate this folding crap.
LMAO!
DEB -
>I make lists from my lists
LMAO!
Soooo, how were the radishes in your salad? I only buy radishes (edible ones, not like the ones Oogi buys) once every few eons, but when I do, I always like them and think I should buy them more often.
Oooh, love Feta.
Your vacation plans sound nice...and romantic, too, star-gazing!
MICHELE -
>I've been practicing my Italian...it's on my list.
LMAO. Good for you! And congrats for being able to cross of so much on your list.
How nice it is that your mother's and your FIL's birthdays are only a day apart so that you can be reminded of the nice memories during a time that is significant to the family you married into. I'm sure your mother would be so happy to know that you are thinking of her and remembering your special bond between her and you on both of your birthdays. I imagine she'd love knowing that you are thinking of some of your favorite memories, and ones that made you laugh. I can't imagine she'd want you feeling blue. No matter what kind of good or bad times you had, no, she wouldn't want you feeling blue.
April is just around the corner bringing good seasonal warm vibes. Big hugs and warm vibes from Tokyo to you, Michele.
>bottling horseradish sauce!
No, no! You need to be wishing that the Stalk is going to soar before Sunday!
>I'm on my way to your house for salad, then to Becky's for a cookie
LMAO! Me, too! Me, too! Then I'm going to go and get my makeup done at Corrie's.
>Shelley : Could someone please come and hit my boss over the head with something?
>Dana : How about I hit him with this stack of newsletters????
>Mariah : How about I hit him with a stack of overcooked pancakes???
OMG, http://www.smileyhut.com/laughing/hysterical.gif
CORRIE -
>It is such a void when there is one less person in the world that loves you unconditionally.
I have to tell you that I read that sentence a number of times in a row. That's a really powerful, moving and true sentence. That's like a sound bite that a writer would want to put in a book or magazine.
MARIAH - 20 minutes is fantastic. Just keep up that 20! I'm taking my last rest day today and tomorrow I'll be back in the game!
All right. I'm going to relax a bit more.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
