Aunt Flo is here. And she's pretty pissed off http://mysmileyz.com/s/socross2.gif . She's a bit early. No wonder she was giving me a hard time for three days. Urgh. Well, at least I know why I was having that odd headache, and I won't have to look for a doctor to find out how much silica gel dust is safe to get in one's eyes.
I'm taking the day off. I mean completely off. Not even going to work. I have to go out of town tomorrow until Sunday (insert bad words here) so I'm going to pack my stuff and enjoy my day with my squirrels. Who are wiped out napping on the floor. Where I am joining them now.

Oh, the apartment front guy asked if my mom was out of town and I asked why, and he said he saw her with a big roller bag (she brings her cats to my place in that bag). So I said, "Oh, no, she's not out of town. When she comes to my apartment, she brings some things, so we got a roller bag."

I don't need that kind of stress in my life! Sheesh! LOL.

>stay away from Krispy Kreme. It's a bad place.
HEARSAY!

>$15
Woo hooo! You know how many Krispys you could buy with that?

MICHELE - I'm so glad that test is over! It does sound scary to shoot up stuff into a person and then make them run to see what happens. I'm so glad he got good readings. Urgh, what a nuisance to have to go and get some more photos. He doesn't have to do that test again though, I hope?
Like Robin said, try to take some deep breaths and not think too much into getting some more tests done. If it was something urgent, they'd have asked you to come in right away.
Think of this as being that little extra incentive for your DH to remember to choose the healthiest lifestyle he can from here on out.
Either way, I'm sending warm vibes to you guys.
I'm also sending good vibes for your SIL's surgery. It must be finished by now. I hope it went well.
>I don't know why I have it in my silly head to start working out early, but I always get around to it so late and I think I'd rather have it out of the way, and now that I know it will tickle my CC spot, well, there's no time like the present -- HA!!
LMAO! SO?! SO?!?!?!?! Don't keep us hanging, woman!!
>grab your iPod, cue up the CC workout, and hightail it over to the Krispy Kreme store. That workout should be good for at least 2 glazed
LMAO!! I might just do that next week.
There's really one main thing that has been stopping me from trying out my CC outside walking --- and that's that I don't have....shoes. LMAO! I really don't. I told you I only wear mules and I wasn't lying! Could I do it walking in my apartment barefoot?
>But you know, they do make ellipticals that fold up. -- ROTFLMAO!!!!
Oh, like I don't have them all in my files? Puleeeeze! LOL.
>I always get a MUCH better workout than if I just did something on my own while watching TV
I just had to copy paste that here since it made me cackle.

>A brand new Dunkin Donuts opened up on Monday. It is right on my way to work. My car wanted to turn in this morning for a cup of coffee and a Dutch Crumb donut. How am I going to resist twice a day, every day, for the rest of my working life?!?!?
O-M-G. LMAO! Twice a day, every day, for the rest of your working life!! LMAO!!!!!! I would have to move. I really might have to move in that scenario.
>iodine flavored Tang in a plastic bottle!
LOL. When I was 10 yrs old and at camp, I laughed so hard I peed myself and told everyone I spilled Tang.
DANA -
>I was so waiting for some unexpected rush but nothing.
Were you nervous? Were you uptight? Maybe you were preoccupied thinking about work or the kids or the laundry? LOL.
>Are there any CC workouts that are shorter?
LMAO!!
>So to sum it up in a nutshell, this was by far the best workout that I have gotten on my elliptical and I’ve had my elliptical for about 4 years.
WOOHOOOO!!
>that being said, you really should get an elliptical.
http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/angry051.gif
>I guess if you bullet walk to KK and have just one donut and then bullet walk back you’ll hopefully burn off the calories. I'm saying just one!!! Don't listen to Michele who is telling you to eat two.
I've heard that if you stand in line for a while, they'll hand out free donuts to eat while you wait in line. What would I do in that case? http://tools.digeratimarketing.co.uk/content/lb/smile/scared/scared0014.gif

>Why is it so hard for you to find an elliptical? You NEED one. You really, really need one.
Aside from the sad fact that I have no space for an extra TUB of whey protein, there don't even seem to be many models of ellipticals available in Japan.
http://www.probody.co.jp/shop/aerobike/arb-008.html about $600
http://www.homefit.jp/elliptical/8300/index.html about $8,000 not a typo folks
http://www.fitnessapollo.jp/stex_cardio/stex8020e.htm free, apparently LOL
Well, you get the idea. I did find a folding one, too, and it looks like it was made for a toddler.
>It's like drinking liquid rust.
Argh. That can't be good. You want to do something to really gross yourself out, bend down and look at the faucet spout where the water comes out. Or maybe that's just at my place...
I use a Britta for all my water, but I still can't help but wonder if it's doing a good job.
>I can't say I experienced an endorphasm - I was working too dang hard, and had an "off" day, besides. It just about killed me! I need to ease up a bit, I think.
Don't beat yourself up about it. It will just make it that much harder to achieve one the next time. LOL.
>It's from Sears, and it starts with a P...
More cackling from me.
DIANE - Hey you! Nice to see you again. Congratulations on your health and the invitation to teach a class!
Anyway, see you all on Monday! Have a great weekend, and Michele, I'll be thinking about you guys!
