<<LMAO - Apparently, we still DO have a 4-smilie limit. Just because it's too painful to edit, I'm leaving all the links to the smilies. You can just go ahead and imagine them there..... >>
<<LMAO again - Apparently we are not even allowed to submit a post with over 4 smilies, for crying out loud! So here I go to edit...>>
Morning! <<happy morning emoticon here and now gone>>
I just got a very important email telling me that there is no limit to smilies?! Is...is this true?! I did not see the joyous announcement here -- how could I have missed it?
<<some kind of funny emoticon here and now gone>>
IT'S LIKE A PRESENT!!
<<girl popping out of a present emoticon here and now gone>>
OH HAPPY!!
<<a bunch of dancing banana emoticons here and now gone>>
I might go hog-wild with emoticons today to celebrate!
<<fireworks emoticon here and now gone>>
I mean like, use them where they make no sense at all, just for the purpose of using them and satisfying my Smilie Spot!
<<smilie looking content emoticon here and now gone>>
Well, everyone, guess what I did today! I did (part of) CC in the comforts of my own air-conned apartment!
<<taking a bath emoticon here and now gone>>
(I realize this guy is taking a bath, but I'm using it because I don't have a smilie limit anymore LOL)
I did the warm up, Steady 1, half of Challenge 1, and the cool down. How did I do it, you ask? Jogging in place, stepping when I wanted to, jumping jacks, a little kickboxing -- whatever kept me moving to the beat.
And so my question for you CCers - Do you actually keep this fast beat?!
<<passing out emoticon here and now gone>>
Maybe it was because I wasn't on a machine or even moving forward <<laughing emoticon here and now gone>> but it was so hard to keep my feet moving to that fast beat.
Now, I was only able to do half of the first challenge so I can't really give it a review, but it did keep me moving that whole time. You know, I had been imagining that Sean would be talking to you throughout the entire workout. LOL. I don't know why I'd assumed that.
But one thing's for sure -- I got big enjoyment just thinking that I was listening to Michele's boyfriend.
Ahhh, it's good to have the smilies back.
I sure do need to get an elliptical. I very much want to try this out on an elliptical. And I need to go to CC's website to see what they say about levels again. Anyway, it was a fun and new way to do my exercise! YAY!
One last thing...I've decided I need to rearrange my dumbbells and whatnot that is under my bed. As it is, all my dumbbells are ON my step, all under the bed, and every time I want to use my step or dumbbells, it's a hassle. But because the space under my bed isn't that great, it's not that easy to take the dumbbells out. I think this might have something to do with my reluctance to use all my equipment.
Really.
JENNIFER - Hey, good news about this guy named Scott. I have a little thing for guys named Scott. I hope it will go well.
DANA - I cracked up at that Star Wars smilie. It's totally us hanging out!
>Did you print out the list of workouts for STS? Holy Cow!!!
Wait. Do I need to print something out?
>That is a few workouts just getting your 1RM for all those exercises. Some of the exercises, I don't even know what they are. Did you read some of the other ladies did it and their suggested weights are like, oh, 17lbs, 11lbs. WTH????? I can't afford anymore equipment so I'm wondering if it is even worth it to do the 1RM? I was so excited about this series but now I"m beginning to wonder.
Especially now that we all have our kettlebells LOL.
I should do that 1RM to be prepared. I can do the test as a workout, I suppose. The info is stored for you, right?
>there will be 200 people. So then my DH says that I should make the broccoli salad. I don't know how to make food for that many people. Is he nuts??????
LMAO!!! Broccoli salad for 200 people! Can you imagine what that would look like?
MICHELE - OMG! You got your count back! YAY! That's fantastic that they were able to do that! Although I must admit, I did feel all fancy being up above you all there in counts even briefly. Dana and I were like the senior royalties for a short period of time LOL. But really, no one should have to lose THAT many counts! I'm so happy you got them back.
BECKY - Hi Becky! You got in, I'm so glad! You know, I still don't know how to use the standard emoticons they have listed below so I can't help you there. But it's good to see you back!
Okay, I'm off to do some work now.
Moments ago I pulled a banana off the stalk of bananas I have, and the entire stem popped off EVERY single bamn danana!
Now I've got a bunch of half-naked bananas!
Have a nice day everybody!
