HATE - Feb 25

Hello again!

Mariah- Typically during the week I do only dedicate one hour to working out & on the weekends it is 1-1 1/2 hours typically. But, with the weather being crappy this weekend I didn't run around as much as normal so had some free time in the afternoon so I filled it with another w/o instead of watching TV & eating!!

I did end up going L&G from the deadlifts on, I think it was around 35 minutes.

Okay here is what I'm thinking for this week:

Monday- Cindy Whitmarsh Ultimate Fat Burner

Tuesday- off day (getting hair cut & highlights)

Wednesday- Kick Max

Thursday- Firm It Up

Friday- Cardio premix of KPC & 30 min. Bun Shaper from BeachBody

Saturday- Powerstrike 1

Sunday- Tear It Up

I think that is what I want to do, we'll see- I may end up changing a few, I may do the cardio only premix from DM Friday instead of KPC.

So, how is everyones Sunday? It has been so windy here all day.

Michele - Those are very cute and silly decorations. I love it! We have such a small house and it already feels so crowded that I think if I tried to decorate for every holiday, it would just get too cluttered! Thanks for the pics though, they brightened my dreary day.

Mariah - I can see how some people might enjoy dreary days, especially if they have good memories of them. That's a really sad story though, I agree. I can't live without sunshine! I'd do so bad if I lived in a city like Seattle where it's gray 80% of the time three out of four seasons.

Jen - I'll post my planned workouts below, although I'm not making promises!! If its sunny and the snow melts, I'm going to go running (hopefully :) Sounds like you've got some good ones in there. I keep planning on buying new exercise DVD's, but can't justify the cost. I think I need to use the ones I have first! LOL

OK, its about 4:30 and I really should workout now before it gets any later and I really lose all my energy. Maybe I'll go get a big glass of water first and let my lunch settle (I just ate my lunch too Mariah!)

I hope you all have a super-duper night. Enjoy the Oscars! I'll be watchin' - I can't ever help myself. I love seeing the dresses they wear (oh, and the cute boys!)

Monday - Cathe Low Max (or run)
Tuesday - Cardio Step Sculpt (random exercise DVD that I own)
Wednesday - Cathe Ryhthmic Step (or run)
Thursday - walk with dogs, weightlifting of some sort
Friday - Cathe High Step Challenge or Cardio Dance
Saturday - walk with dogs and weightlifting
Sunday - day off

im taking an unplanned day off
i just got home from a meeting im making my dinner have to get up at 530 tomorrow and im exhausted so i think im gonna eat dinner with the sunday paper and go to bed

Arista- Your rotation looks really good this week & I always say the same thing- "I reserve the right to change at any time!" What did you have for lunch? I haven't been too bad today eating wise but not 100% good either, no pudge brownies-need I say more? x(
