Helllllllllllo!
I hear the very faint sound of some kind of electric equipment upstairs, but it's totally nothing. This construction is very anti-climactic. But there's still a good month to go so I won't give up hope for a really good head-banger.
It's TlovelyTOM and luckily it landed on a cardio day (being that I am now in my lifting mood), so I plan to do a bunch of walking later on at work instead of force myself to do a step DVD right now since I feel rather blecky.
Shelley - "Do you ever get stoned and go to Bingo?" That's a well-thought out pick-up line LOL. What, you mean you didn't fall for it?...I have not even thought about Wheat Thins in years! Do you like to eat them plain or with stuff on them?
Michele - That pee story was awesome. It sounded like something out of a movie!...Well, this wedding party was an after wedding wedding party, for all this guys' friends and business people who he didn't invite to the actual wedding. It's not such an uncommon thing here - to have the actual wedding and party with family and close friends, and then have a casual wedding party for the "others" category. Everything in Japan is unthinkably expensive, so paying $100 to eat tortilla chips and fried chicken on paper plates isn't such a surprise, either. The weird thing is that I've never heard anyone say they actually like these events. The turn-out was mongo and the place was totally crammed. My friends and I totally lucked out and found some seats, so we were comfortable for the most part.
LOL to you and your losing some pounds on ECTL (Eat Cookies To Live)...I don't get the sense from your posts that you get any moody stuff with the season - you always seem like goofy, chipper Michele! But if you feel yourself getting blue, sit in the sunshine or some light - I've read that the body's reaction to light like that (during seasons with less sun) is supposed to really perk you up!
Robin - Ched's cousin Shred is going to come and stay with me sometime next week, I think. Hopefully I'll have some time then to entertain and introduce him to the new hit group, Various Burrito Ingredients...Nope, no karaoke at the wedding party, though usually they probably would have it. It was a wedding party full of musicians and DJs, so there was a continual flow of obligatory live music throughout the party LOL. I luckily was able to avoid the mic. LMAO about the Thai restaurant!...How funny about the butter and mayo incident. I wonder how the boss figured out so quickly that the new girl had served mayo?
Dana - LMAO at you for showering your loved ones with hurl. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn! Yeow!...The Winsor DVD is one you don't need any equipment for. But you do need enough space to be able to be on the floor and kick your leg straight out in front of you and also behind you (if you're already doing some Pilates, you probably know what I mean). The one I'm doing is :

This one. Buns & Thighs. It's Beg/Inter and is only 18 minutes. It's so overpriced LOL. But it's so easy, and I really do feel a difference when I do them (but you have to be able to handle Mari).
Don't worry about Choco Raisin. He's totally safe. He's really quite cunning....Man, your racing banquet food totally trumped my wedding party food. Lucky girl! That's unfortunate about the woman and her drinking. I would think that would be kind of unraveling to watch someone drink so much....Hey, congrats on the great sleep! What do you suppose brought it on?...LOL at the photo!!
Terri - How totally, totally cute of your father at your wedding!! And LOL at your DH!...OMG, that is amazing about your DH and his passing out in the bathroom. Thank goodness he was sitting down - I mean, that could have potentially been a real bummer of an evening! Actually, that's fairly talented of your DH, when you think about it....Wow, what a great workout you had....I want to hear about the details of the house and your brother's reaction to your comments. I'll hope the house is fantastic for him and his wife, and I'll hope the house is awful for funny comments for us. LOL.
Diane - Hi there, glad to hear you're feeling ill again LOL. Why is it that you're keeping your in laws out of the secret?
Arista - YAY! YAY! YAY! YAY!! Congratulations on your new job! That is wonderful news! You must be so excited, and yet so not excited! LOL. I can't wait to hear how it all goes...You grew up in a town of 500?! Sheesh, talk about not being able to get away with anything. Everyone must have known the ins and outs of everything!
Jen - I can't believe you didn't tell us the details of your pee story. Thrown out of a concert? So this was a fairly recent pee story? Fess up.
OMG, I almost forgot to comment.....what's this about DONUT DAY?!
