Good morning!
How dare the Japanese television have a show about how hot the earth is getting as years go by, when I'm sitting here in my (cue echo effect) The Warm Outfit with the heater on in practically the middle of April!

Did my Winsor Buns & Thighs....and I've actually got slight DOMS from the Pilates I did yesterday! http://www.smileyhut.com/misc_expressions/confused1.gif I certainly hope that's because I haven't done that workout in ages, and not because.....not because.....I've become wimpy. http://www.smileyhut.com/misc_expressions/dry.gif
LOL.
All right. I'm off to make my smoothie and then do some work before I get dressed and out the door.
DANA - LOL at you cleaning your home or three days to get out of doing cardio!
I've read a lot of people saying that the BFL free day either saves you or totally funks you up. I remember Michele and I talking about how we thought those free days were a good way for teaching yourself how to binge, so unless you're extremely disciplined, I can't imagine how free days could be "healthy."
The other night when I couldn't sleep, I did the dangerous. LOL. Yes, Yahoo Shopping. And I bought a bunch of Myoplex Lite shakes. And then I figured out a rotation using Cathe IMAX HIIT stuff (just the blasts) this and that, plus the Pyramids (yes, I do have them!). As soon as my big project is finished, I'm thinking to try it out this kind of BFL rotation. Remind me - were you doing your HIIT first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? That's the part that I'm weary about.
>should get an elliptical though. Do you have room in your apartment?
Don't tease me! You know very well I've measured my apartment about a thousand times, each time in hopes that my space had grown since the last time I measured!! LOL.
Gabe likes the tea and was asking about me? Oh, how sweet! I'm so happy you told me that!
>he remembers meeting you at the mall???
Perhaps.......in a DREAM?! LOL.
>I must be having a sugar shock
LMAO. That's great that you aren't craving your soda. Oh, and I checked out the nutso rotation you're considering. Good gawd, Dana, that's a ton of exercise.
JEN - Ooh, I love that slightly sore body feeling, too! How was Cool It Off? Is that an hour stretch workout?
TAMMY - Yes, feel free to blame me if you spend the morning motionless in bed and then fall back asleep again, missing breakfast, work and family. The important task at hand is remembering your dream and nothing else. http://www.smileyhut.com/happy/happy.gif
Come here, Smoothie!
Have a fantastic day, everyone!
