Has anyone tried this split?

This is a split I just dicovered that I like and I wonder if anyone else has tried it and has any comments.
Day one: PS CST and Biceps. (I slow down the chest work so I can heavy up, and also put in longer rests--it takes a little over an hour.)

Day two: P90X Legs and Back, plus Ab Ripper X. (Any killer ab workout would do. I like Seasun's new one on her new step DVD.Yowsa!)

This pretty much Gumby-fies me. What do you think?

I haven't tried it, but if you are doing these two days back-to-back, working the biceps the day before back can mean that you won't be able to put as much into your back workout as you could if you hadn't done so, since the biceps are used as synergists when doing back work, and they will limit how much you can do for the back.
