Has anyone tried Quinoa?

It cooks more like coucous - only takes about 15 minutes. Kathryn has posted some wonderful breakfast ideas for quinoa. I like it for dinner in place of rice or coucous.
 
We LOVE quinoa, and use it as an alternative to brown rice when we crave a change. Just make sure you rinse it for I think 3 minutes in cold water, otherwise it won't taste good. I had a friend who didn't rinse it very much and totally regretted it.

Makes me want to go and buy some, I just wish it was so expensive.
