Has anyone tried Iron Yoga?

I received a flyer in the mail that has a Iron Yoga book and DVD combo. It is from Rodale Inc. Has anyone ordered this?

Never heard of it. When I saw the post, I thought it was some new-fangled way to make your clothes wrinkle free while you worked out. Silly me.

I have not tried it, but I thought that I would mention that I saw that it was reviewed on videofitness.com last night when I was scanning the new reviews.

i was goin to post the same question!! Ha Ha. I read the article in this month's prevention magazine, they had some moves, i liked the few that were shown thr. U can check it out at prevention.com, i think i like the idea abt weights with yoga. I will be really interested in the reviews and try out the dvd. I will check videofitness right now.
