Has anyone read "Iron Dolls"

I went to the Ms. Fit website and read the highlights of Iron Dolls. Sounds like Sessions really knows what she is doing. Has anyone purchased this e-book? Is it worth the $

Yes, I have Iron Dolls and have read it/referred to it for some time now. Ms Fit is great! The book is definetely worth the money. Her forum can be helpful too. http://msfit.musclemag.com

Iron Dolls is pretty long, so remember when printing it out, have a lot of paper on hand (i.e. beware if printing it at work). Overall, a great read with sound advice.
