Has anyone purchased from half.com?

This website has some very good prices on exercise dvd's but being as computer illiterate as I am, I can't figure out quite how it works. Are you buying from other sellers or from this company? I know it shows you ebay options for purchasing the same item but I can't quite figure out what I'm supposed to do. Also, how do you find the shipping rates? I'd like to know ahead of time without having to select all the items that I'd like. Any help for this e-challenged person would be most appreciated.

I'd also like to know if anyone has had any problems with ordering, shipments or returns. Are they a good company to do business with?

i used to all the time. its liek ebay but you are not bidding you are buying from another seller at a set price. like ebay you can check feedback by clicking on the numbers underneath the names of the sellers. also if you look under shipping location column it will show what state they ship from or it will say ML(multiple locations). if you click on that it should show in the top right hand corner of the page the shipping option this seller offers(some offer only media but some media and expidited shipping) the prices are shown there.

as for the business i have never had a problem with. they were always helpful, but remember you are buying from an independent seller so you can run into problems just like ebay, amazon shop. just have to read the feedback and go with your gut.

Kassia, thank you so much for all the info. You gave me everything I needed. What I don't quite understand is how can one seller have so many "new" items? I know that's the same with ebay but because I've never purchased this way, I'm not sure how they do this. Thanks again for your help.

ETA: I can see that they offer coupons. Do you know where to find them?

i haven't been able to figure it out unless it come through a code or something but i have never gottne anything like that.sorry can't help there.
