I did Gym Style Legs this morning, but just a premix (#1). It was a great workout! I kept up with Cathe on reps, but not weight. She does mention her weights for each exercise. It is just an intense workout. I also previewed the whole thing last night and it is a lot of weight and a lot of reps, grueling for the lower body!! I am not complaining! It looks like an excellent overall workout. I love how she incorporates the Dynaband (you loop it around your high step and work your legs HARD!!). I also like the lunges in this w/o. She does a few forward, a few back, hold for 3 counts, etc. It is a nice shakeup from the "usual"!! I can't wait to do the others. I will try one session from Core Max tonight!
