Has anyone caught Rachael Ray's show?

I was at the gym this morning and tuned in while on the elliptical just tuned in for the first time. Let me preface by saying I love her 30 min meals and most of her dishes in general...I even enjoy her bubbliness in certain doses I do wish on her 40 dollars a day she would actually dislike a restaurant for a change. It would make it, ahem, a little less predictable. Haha.

Anyhow, her show was fairly painful to watch. Maybe like she was trying too hard. The audience totally did not seem alive, like I see with Ellen's crowd. Maybe she just needs time or something. Oh, and she seriously needs to stop cutting people off when she talks. Her poor audience member couldn't get a word in.

Anyhow, as I blabber endlessly. What did you all think?

I only caught the very first show...and I hated it. I thought then that she must have been nervous and just needed some time. I watched a little today too as I was off from work....naah, she should stick to what she knows best. I don't like it all. In general, I'm tired of Rachel Ray. I used to enjoy her bubbliness. I'm more nauseated by it now.

I've caught a couple of segments while doing stuff around the house, and I must say it was embarrassing enough to give me the tingles. I couldn't get through more than a few minutes.

It's Rachel Ray on Crack. It's very painful. And what's with the megaphone voice. She's screaming. Hello! We can hear ya Rach! I miss Ellen in the morning. Loved her show.

I get the feeling that she is always yelling! I only saw a small segment, i think Jeff Probst from Survivor was on, and yes, she cuts people off, and yells!;( I won't watch it again, but I do have one of her cook books!

To sum it up, this seems to be a case of over exposure. She is much quieter to talk to in person. I've met her serveral times as she is from my neck of the woods. She's a cool chick and I hope this won't ruin her empire.

I agree that is hard to watch! I think she tries to do too much on the show and rushes through everything! If she could just
S-L-O-W--D--O---W----N and LISTEN it has potential. Love Rachel Ray her show makes me a nervous twit!

I'm watching her right now. You are right she does yell. I love her though I guess I'm diehard fan. Now I will watch for all of the little annoyances that you guys have pointed out. I think she is unexperienced in this field so she may be overcompensating. It just seems to be a cluster show. If you write to her she will hang out with you. I do love her though, she like a good a girlfriend you can't part with. I guess it's another one of my guilty pleasures.

She's Oprahs friend Oprah gave her show, I wish I was OPrah's friend theres a lot of things I need. }(
