Hardest/Favorite Barre workout

As per Denise's post earlier, the new Body Blitz DVDs from Linda Wooldridge are now up for pre-order on the totalfitnessdvds.com site.

Just as a side bar, I 'liked' Linda on FB so I could get her daily feed/posts. She is an interesting lady, very generous with her fitness info, tells you what workout she has completed each day and is very friendly, offering help and advice on all manner of fitness-related topics. Her new workouts are also available as downloads from her site. Clicking on the links Denise provided will get you there.

Hi all!

Here is a link to her "5 best exercises" that are free 7-13 minute workouts broken down into body parts. I think I'm going to incorporate a few each week: http://www.workoutdvdworld.com.au/5-best-exercises-series/

Thanks Denise for posting link below. Linda Woolridge was recommended by a fellow like-minded cathlete. Like her, I
might use some of these 5 best exercises as a pre-exhaustion drill. I could even use some of Lower body to mobilize my hip.:):)

I think you would like her triceps blast(free). I LOVE that one. I also downloaded her upper body loop band one awhile ago and use is fairly regularly. I like how it challenges the surrounding/smaller muscles. Excellent for posture. :)
