Hardcore vs Pyramid Upper Body

Can anyone breakdown the Pyramid Upper Body workout for me? I would like a workout containing biceps, triceps as well as shoulders. Would love to get the new Hardcore Series but since I only have about an hour in the early morning, I'm looking at P.U. This one sounds like it has what I'm looking for. Will most likely be doing the workout 3 times a week.

I understand the "pyramid" concept. I looking for an exact breakdown of the excerises. Neither the site nor an old catalog gives details. I viewed the video clips but it's just a glimpse.
