hardcore series versus body blast

Nancy S.Hi there. As a newish Cathe user ( the crosstrain express, basic step and body fusion, and low impact step and body sculpting) I was wondering which series to buy next ( I have to save up!) the Hardcore series or the Body Blast, both of which got great reviews on Ck Sales in Canada, by the way! I do have the newest pre-sale on the go as well. thanks. I love how tired yet invigorated I feel after doing the Crosstrain express workouts, so I want to keep that good feeling going.
 
Hi Nancy! Based on what you currently have, I think Body Blast would be a good next choice.

Push Pull would be a step up from Body Sculpting. Super Sets will also provide a new challenge that is different from Push Pull.

Step Blast will be more intricate but definitely doable now that you have a variety of stepping under your belt from your current selection.

Legs and Glutes will be a nice new challenge after doing Leaner Legs

Kick, Punch, and Crunch will be a nice big step up from the kickbox you did on cross train exress series

Step Jump and Pump will be a big step up from 10.10.10 on Cross Train express.

Thanks for the prompt reply! I don't want to get in too big too fast either. I am 44 and a little more conscious of my joints than I used to be, ha ha!:)
