Hardcore Rotations?

Hi Cathe, just wanted to know when you do list the Hardcore rotations will there be just one specific or will it depend on what the person is trying to accomplish? Say maybe two different rotations? Just curious?
 
That's a great idea. I think I am going to be overwhelmed with the whole thing. I would love to lose about 10 lbs of fat and gain back 5 in muscle. I don't like to work legs. I am a former gymnast and they can bulk up pretty quick yet my arms are rather weak.

I just don't think I will know where to start!

That would be great if Cathe has the time to post a few rotations for the Hardcore Series. I remember she did that for the Intensity Series.

Hi Cathe, you know I was thinking if you did put out a rotations for these DVD's, for those who maybe want to slim it out more or bulk it up more? Then you wouldn't have people typing in alot of questions about how to best utilize the DVD's. Thanks

Excellent idea!! How about a rotation to slim lower body and bulk up upper body for us pears. I'd love that!!
