Hardcore Rotation Checkin Sunday May 29

Hi Everyone,

Today was Slow & Heavy Triceps, BB Legs and Glutes and then I tacked on the aerobic only premix from Bootcamp and did my own cool down and stretch from Legs and Glutes. Tough workout. My legs are always fried by the time you get to the explosive lunges!

I'll definitely finish this week off with my current rotation. If Cathe posts a rotation on Wednesday (June 1st), I'll see how I like it and decide what rotation I'm doing for June.

The piece of cake yesterday was excellent - however, I always feel guilty after I indulge.

Lora I am just printing up bike trails so I thought I quick post!! We are going on some trails today so I am not sure I will get a workout in, and that may be enough anyways;-) Sounds like you were busy today! Happy that you enjoyed your cake!!

Hi All~

Today was CarWashMax... washed one we're selling and washed and detailed my SUV. Yesterday I did HSTA, CoreMax#1, & finished w/ HSTA stretch. It felt wonderful. When I first got HSTA I couldn't even get through the first cardio segment. My what a long, long, way I've come! I love Cathe's workouts for everything they've done to build my endurance and cardio strength.
