Good Morning Everyone,

This morning was Kick, Punch & Crunch. Wow ....that was a great workout. I've never done the entire thing before. I only did part of it once as an add on to another workout. I modified some of the jumping on the rebounder for my foot's sake. I also did Beachbody's Great Stretch.

By the way, I won't be doing those weighted shoulder shrugs any more. I've been trying to massage the spasms out of my traps for 2 days now. I guess I won't be trying any other things I'm not supposed to do like I was planning previously.

I'm off to do my 20 minute Kundalina Yoga routine before I hop into my weekend Lush bath. Maybe I'll use my Cinnamon Spice bubble bar....should be good for the spasms.

The Bubble bars are from the Lush bath store. They are just starting to appear in the US -- so if you don't have a store near you (like I don't), you can order online at www.Lush.com. I love their products. They have natural deodorants, bubble bars, bath bombs, shower gel and great hair products too.
 
Hi everyone,
Today was I Max 3, I did aerobic rowing with the Bowflex around 30 minutes then did mainly Bowflex chest, Shoulders & Triceps. We are having a fourth of July Campout starting maybe Thursday. I will probably go Friday with my son. My Son in Law is driving our truck and fifth wheel to the camp site. We will come back Sunday. I will try and get my workouts in before then. I can't go swimming due to my eye surgeons orders. So maybe I will at least get in some good walking.

Lora, those shrugs will really get you in the shoulders and trap area. I keep the weight really low there because I have had some bad experience in this area.
