Morning Ladies - (if anyone's out there today - nobody checked in yesterday - not even Nicole)
This morning I did Kick, Punch & Crunch in it's entirety. Good workout.
Tomorrow, I will start the first week of my 3 week variation of Fat loss with emphasis on legs and glutes, Hardcore fatloss and Fatloss and definition rotation. I think tomorrow's workout calls for Legs & Glutes plus a 20 minute run. We'll see how that goes. Legs and glutes usually wipes me out......ugh. I'm going to go do my 20 minute Kundalini Yoga routine and then I'm off for my Sunday Lush tub!!
