Hi Everyone -

Merry Christmas!!

This morning I did Rebecca Small's Push & Lift (50 minutes of weight lifting) followed by part of the One-Two Punch Boxing DVD. It has segments of boxing combo's, a jump rope section, a section done on a step with boxing moves and plyometrics and it was a pretty tough little workout. It comes in at 50 minutes, but I only did about 30 of it. I highly recommend it for those of you who like boxing workouts with lots of high intensity moves.

Merry Christmas Ladies!!

The boys have everything opened. They were up at 6:30 this morning reading to go and sneaking into our room to see if we were up yet. lol It was pretty funny! We were up late of course trying to get everything out. Our oldest wanted to know if it was possible to stay awake all night and my DH told him "no". LOL!

Lora-Your workout sounds great. Where did you get the One-Two Punch Boxing DVD? Sounds like something I might like since I LOVE KPC.
