Hi Everyone,
Today was supposed to be my scheduled rest, but I did 30 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of stretchmax, as well as my AM Kundalini Yoga routine.
Hi today was Cardio Coach Vol. # 3 Bowflex rowing for the w/u and steady state cardio and running in place doing High knees and the jump rope for the sprints. Some plyos. Lower Body as outlined with a couple of changes. This was a tough shorter workout for me. I like when I workout at my own intensities because I tend to push myself longer and harder. These really help me push myself. They also come in music only when you buy them so you do not have to have a voice. I only wish I had more cardio equipment. But I have done good improvising. I had a lot of errand running today while my grandchildren were not here.
