Hardcore Rotation Checkin Saturday July 16

Good Morning -

I don't know if anyone's around today, as only 3 of us checked in yesterday, but I'll do my checkin anyway.

This morning was supposed to be a rest day, but I did 25 minutes on the bike followed by Stretchmax with the band.

Have great workouts everyone. I wonder how many of us went on the road trip?
 
Hello Everyone,
Yesterday I did walking lunges in the pool not many, but boy is there a difference doing them in the water ha ha. I did L&G last night.

Today it is on my list to do MIC, but for some reason I cannot like this workout????? I am not sure what I am going to do??? Maybe Imax3? I am open to suggestions.


Lora the 1st time I did my walking lunges it took me 15 min. the second time 11min. I did not do them at a fast pace. The 1st week I did them I had DOM's really bad, but this week it was not so bad.:D I think this is going to be a weekly thing for me.

Hi every one,
Wish I was with the others on the Road trip.:) As far as walking lunges I hate them but know because they are not fun they are probably hitting me in a different way so I continue to push through them. Anyway today I did Interval Max. I have done this so many times now, this seems more like a steady state cardio to me, I was busy downloadig Cardio Coach # 4. It was taking so long to download, I had other things to do so I went on with something else.
I will look forward to this one next week. I also did Bowflex and free weights back and then did 5 sets of 20 reps bowflex abs crunches with resistance and Cathes's Core Max Complete Core.
