Morning Everyone -

Today was my scheduled rest day, but I chose to do something different. I did a workout composed of most all of the sections I wouldn't have time to do for the upcoming week. I did a warm-up followed by Kickmax Blast Challenge and then did 25 minutes high intensity on the bike, 200 walking lunges, Cardio & Weights abs, PLB Stability Ball Legs, and Stretch Max on the Ball. I also did my 20 minute Kundalini Yoga routine.

Now I'm off to soak in my Lush Tub with Epsom Salts and enjoy my day.

Hi Lora-I am resting today so I can get better soon. I feel a bit beter but I am taking a early rest dat like Marietta suggested! Thanks so much for the advice that finally hit home MArietta! Lora you had a awesome workout girl! I am envious:) I know I will be back at it hard and heavy soon though after a rest and I am well.

Hello everyone,

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I really appreciate it. I won't know until Sept. 16 how serious it is. I guess there are five grades of cancer cells (five being the worst). Mine ranked three. I know so little now.

Today was Cardio Kicks and IMAX 5-10. It was fun and not too grueling.

Lora, that really stinks about your money being stolen. It goes to show you can’t leave your stuff alone anywhere. Hopefully you'll win it all back and then some in Vegas!

Tomorrow we're going to the race track to pick up the Steins they are giving away. We might go up for breakfast and watch the horses warm up for the day. Later we are going to meet a bunch of people for an early dinner. So, I will be taking it as a rest day.

I'm off to see some friends who rented a tent tonight for a huge BBQ. I really wish I could have a beer! Oh well.

Lora ~ I'm sorry that happened to you yesterday. Wow! Looks like you took your frustrations out on your work out. Good for you! I'm envious too.

Like Terri, I'm sick. I've come down with my ds's virus. So, rest day today and tomorrow. Today will be a complete rest day, but tomorrow I may do some weights or yoga. I feel so yucky today!x( I'm still trying to decide if I need to go to the doctor. Hope you're feeling better Terri!
