Hardcore Rotation Checkin Friday May 6

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did Slow & Heavy Biceps followed by CTX Kickbox (with some of the higher impact on the rebounder) and Coremax Balanced Core.
Question about leg workouts. I haven't done my Leaner Legs DVD or my Strong Legs & Abs or Slow & Heavy Legs. Which one of those does everyone else like the best?
I think I might try one of my Firm DVDs tomorrow and see how tough it is. I'm thinking about getting the new Firm Series ....but I don't know if I'll still like them after doing Cathe.

Today I did Circuit Max & Super Sets Upper Blast. I got up extra early so I could run errands and still have time to get in a good workout.

Lora as far as leg workouts, it would depend on what you want. Leaner legs is endurance practically no rests. The breaks are calf raises. I prefer Strong Legs & Abs or Slow & Heavy. When I do S&H though I like to add on a floor leg routine like on PS or GS. You could do that as a second lower workout.

Hi Everybody!

Today I did PUB and Core on the stability ball. This was the first time I did PUB and I REALLY liked it! Took me back to my gym days when I was a "hot shot" 20-something bodybuilder!

I'm still not into a rhythym with my workouts for May...I know the month is still young but I don't feel the same focused direction as I did in March and April. The forecast is calling for rain tomorrow so it'll be a good time to peruse the many rotations that have been posted, reassess my goals and put a plan down on paper.

Hey Everyone,
Tonight I have to motivate myself to TRY and get my workout done!! I have been dejunking ALL day!!;(

So far this week I have been doing GS 1 body part per day, and doing 30-45 min. cardio. It is really going well!! I have also been using my SS/PP dvd also..I have done 30-45 min. cardio, and I am quite pleased!!
