Morning Everyone,

Today was Slow & Heavy Chest and the Step portions from Cardio and Weights.

Have great workouts everyone.

Hi Ladies,

Last night I did HSTA (skipped the stretch) and then did HSC 32 min time saver and back to HSTA and stretched. Fun workout.

Tonight is a run and a section of Core Max and maybe some legs.

Have a great day!!

Hi Everyone,

This morning was LowMax. My jeans are a little looser in the thigh and rear area. I think it is from this workout. It is the only Hardcore one I have been consistant with.

Hey Beverly, would you mind sending some sunshine and 80 degree weather this way. It has been raining forever and in the 50's.
:(

Have a great day!

Elaine

Hi everyone, This mornings workout was SJP w/u and cardio, rhythimic step cardio stopping at the stretch then May rotation Chest, then back to the stretch and I threw in St. Max w/ the band. This was my long moderate cardio day and I switched from last weeks SB/SJP cardio premix to using Rhythmic step. My plans are for one Interval, one long moderate, one low impact, one shorter Intense w/o, & 1-2 Kickboxes with this rotation.

Well it has been hot here in Oklahoma. A lot of 90's. There is rain around the state, just not here. Just muggy. And I spent yesterday afternoon working in the planters, wondering why we had so many.

Have a great day

Hello,
Today I am going to do MM and maybe a 20-25 min. of P90 cardio. I like to do the sections that REALLY WORK my butt and thighs :7

Lora I was in Ohio over the weekend. We went to Cabelas. Gosh what a store!! My dd is going to hawaii discovery trip this summer, and had to buy hiking boots, and LOTS of stuff for her trip!! I am from Indiana and the wheather here is OK so far this week???(Nothing great though)

Diane Sue I LOVE HOT wheather give it to me any day over this cold/ rainy stuff.

Elaine glad to hear that lowmax is working for you!!Hey I ordered some samples of the bouncee floor just to see how different it is from my puzzel mats. I wonder how much $$ it costs to ship that flooring???

Take care,
~Nicole

Nicole,

The man at Ironcompany(I think his name was Richard) called my house and left a quote for me. To ship to my house, it was double the cost of the flooring. I think my order was around $190 just for the flooring and to ship it would have been over 300. Not something I can spend right now on myself.(Sigh) I got a sample in the mail. It is much different than puzzle mats. Let me know what you think when you get your sample.

Elaine

Hi Elaine,
I went to rubbercal.com and that is what I thought when I signed up for the samples. (with quotes) Hey we can dream right:D Any ways I wonder if you found some flooring place in town????? I wonder what that would cost??? Hey how big of area did you figure. Right now I work out on 16 puzzel mats.

Take care,
~Nicole

P:S: My next purchase is going to be a urban rebounder. I figure I can do some of those high impact moves on that. Lora talked me into it;-)

Nicole,

Where do you live in Indiana? I grew up in Portage IN up North by Lake Michigan. I am going there next Wednesday for five days.

I am enjoying our 70 and 80 degree sunny weather out here in Utah.. I am off for a run in about 30 minutes..

I have a question. I worked my legs on Sunday and believe it or not, they're still moderately sore, moreso just in certain spots. I'm scheduled to work them tomorrow also. Do you ladies think it will be productive or counterproductive to work them tomorrow? I've been doing Legs & Glutes per Cathe's recommendation.

thanks

Hi Everybody ~

I couldn't get find my rhythym for the May rotation. Family and work problems played a part. I took the weekend off to re-group and re-think things. Yesterday I did ME and tonight I did Low Max. I'm going to finish the month alternating full body workouts and cardio. I'll see what the June rotation brings. I need to define my bodybuilding/shaping goals.

I've been reading your posts...just not logging on or checking in. I needed to adjust my attitude and get out of this funk. You're all doing great. I'm glad to know there's good weather out there in other parts of the country, too, because we're stuck in a cold, damp trend here in New England. Definitely not conducive to mood elevation.

Lora ~ It won't be counterproductive to work your legs on the scheduled "leg day" of the rotation after your workout Sunday and lingering soreness. Women's legs are our strongest muscle group...Go for It! You can do it!

Take care everybody.

Hi Lora,
I would play it by ear..... if you are still sore like that tomorrow I would pass and do something else. Then maybe thurday you can do L&G?

Take care,

~Nicole
