Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Thurs Jan 19

Morning Ladies -

I overslept this morning and only had time to do a half hour of aerobics. It's been a rough week :( I did Turbo Jam Live Cardio Party Remix. It was an okay workout for 1/2 hour though cuz it was pretty intense. I'll do cardio on Saturday to make up for what I missed today and skip a rest day this week.

Have great workouts everyone. Sorry I haven't been around too much. Work has been very crazy and stressful. I ate chocolate the last 3 days in a row and I'm PMSing ...........my bad! Hopefully, I'll get caught up at work some day soon. I knew it was going to be bad but I never thought it would be THIS bad!

I am getting ready to leave for class. I hope the day goes by fast. I hate sitting in a classroom and it seems to last forever. Besides, my butt can't handle sitting in those chairs for long. lol

Good Morning!!

This morning I did KPC drills and the standing portion of Legs and Glutes. I finished that with KPC ab work. Yesterday I did Cathe's Advanced treadmill workout and that was all I had time for.

Lora - So sorry that you are having a rough time. Hope things get better.

Sabrina - Better you than me...I hate sitting around for too long as well. Hope the time flies!!

Today is a rest day, but I'll do Bryan Kest Power Yoga #2. Give these hamstrings a good stretching! It was a rough night with my little guy. He's in this strange sleeping schedule right now. I'm tired today.

Hello Ladies,

We are finally having a little snow in Denver. I do mean little but it is better then no snow. Our winter here in denver has been practically non existent. I really want a huge snow storm. Just one then we can move to spring :) The mountains have recieved a lot of snow but not Denver.

There is a nice gym 3 blocks from me that is offering 5 days for free. No strings attached. I am thinking of doing it so I can try some spin classes and the elliptical. I am giving thought to getting an elliptical but want to make sure by using one for a bit. I do not want bulk back in my legs. What do you ladies think?

Dallas-I forgot about the magazine. Which one was it again? I have time today to go get it.

Hey Guys...I'm back

Went running at lunch...the guys were being whimpy today. I had to run a little further without them to feel like I was getting something accomplished. I ended up running about 4.5 or so. I also did some shoulder work.

Dallas _ Hi there! The birthday celebration went great...thanks for asking. Do you know why you DS is having problems sleeping?

Terri - Our winter has been really mild to...and I'm loving it!! I can't believe how much I'm still able to run outside and it's the middle of winter...woo-hoo!!! Take advantage of the gym offer...it'll shake things up a bit.

Good afternoon
Last night I did Ab RipperX and the P90X stretch 57min. I really liked these. I pulled out a dumbbell for the ab workout. After I started I thought "what was I thinking". Today I did cardioX (some good moves here as well for crosstraining. I felt like I needed more so did 3.5 mioles on the treadmill. Then I did YogaX this was tough for me. I have not had much yoga experience. 92min. in length. I think I will get some good flexability here. I thought I was pretty good till I did this:) I started the nutrition plan as well but ended up missing lunch because I was called to pick up my granddaughter at school, then had to take her back. So I had a protein drink and a handful of soynuts. Maybe I will do better this evening. I have to run to the schools again to pick up my other grandchildren. I will check back later.

Hi guys,

I wasn't planning on checking in today since I don't feel "worthy" of the "Hardcore" check-in.

I am unable to bend down to pick up dumbbells. I just can't do it.:(

You guys are all saying to Sabrina that you can't sit that long... well it's ALL I do now. It's awful.;( I wanted to go shopping with my sister tomorrow for a playpen. Well, since walking is too difficult, it'll have to wait. Luckily, everything else is ready for him.

Susan!!! YOU BETTER NOT STOP CHECKING IN!! You are worthy!! You are 9 months pregnant (as if you didn't know)...you have EARNED the right to not be working out now.

Don't stop checking in. You are such a great part of this checkin. We would be missing a friend if you left. Besides you have to keep us up to date on your progress. Soon you wil have that baby and be back at it.
