Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Jillian Michaels Shape Up Front Side. I added weights to all of the leg and ab work and also added some extra chest work on the end. I then did a 35 minute interval session on the bike follwed by Cathe's 10 minute stretch. I just love that stretch DVD.
It feels good to be more fit and a year older, instead of just a year older (and a lot wiser too).
