Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Sunday October 2

Morning Everyone -

This morning my rotation called for Low Impact Step followed by a 30 minute run. I did Low Impact Step on my 8" step and added some impact ...keeping my heartrate pretty high (about 80-90%) and then followed it with TurboJam for 30 minutes ...again keeping my heartrate high. I burned a bunch of calories! I also did Ab Jam and 10 minute stretch on the ball followed by my 20 minute Kundalini Yoga routine.

Let them say what they will about TurboJam, but Chalene really motivates and I really get my heartrate up high doing these. I'll probably buy the upcoming ones. I like the music and it's a good aerobic burn.

Terri - How did you make out with your bloody mouth yesterday? Was your pain bad? Did it bleed much? I know it sucks that they send you home with a paper of instructions to follow and you can't brush your teeth or rinse your mouth for a long time so the blood clots. That was the worst for me!
 
What's everyone doing for October's rotation? I'm probably going to start the October one but I've got mixed feelings. I'm still trying to lose a few pounds and I'm thinking maybe I should do another FatLoss rotation. Also, I have so many doctor's appointments this month (dental & foot, etc -- I'm having problems with my TMJ splint and I'm going to have to call for another appt this week) that I'm going to have to cut more than a few workouts short. I also have Power 90 Masters & first 2 Jillian Michaels ones coming and I'll want to throw those in and probably doing a couple non-Cathe weeks. I don't know if it's better to do part of the October rotation and just wing it here and there and do a FatLoss one next month or what. I'm such an indecisve Libra.

I've also been reading about people lowering their intensity for a week or 2 and losing weight.
 
WOW great workout Lora! Yeah all those instructions drove me crazy! I have 24 hours more to go with instructions. So look out tomorrow! I did take 2 pain pills yesterday but so I woke this morning and don't think I will need any today. The worst is over !

Diane Sue -Thanks fro explaining those crunches. Tomorrow I am going to give it a try.

Nicole-You been doing anymore from the book. I have not done anything this weekend!
Dallas-I hope you get some down time todsy. You always are so busy and on the go.

Lora-I plan to do the upperbody part of the october rotation and add in more cardio and some freestyle legs. I haven't felt like putting it own an pape just yet. Lora I also wanted to share something with you that I would have found hard to believe. Since the tooth issue started I cut back on my workouts and wasn't doing the usual2-2-1/2 hours I normally do this past week. My legs look more defined and I really see the cut in my arms! I was already happy with the cut and am surprised this happened and I have no explanation for it. The only thing I can think of is I was eating less solid food but there may be something to the cutting back a few days too,
