Morning Ladies -
This morning, my rotation called for Leaner Legs & a 30 minute run with 10 minutes of abs, but I did my new P90 Masters Plyo Legs instead (no weights are used in this, but I figure it won't hurt me to not use weights this week) and then 30 minutes of intervals on the ellipitcal followed by all of the ab exercises from Power 90 Masters Core Cardio. I also did Cathe's 10 minute Total Body Stretch.
