Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Sunday Nov 27

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did The Firm Total Body Sculpt 2. I really added impact to the cardio to make it harder and used pretty heavy weights. I added some ab work and on (as it was lacking in that area) and then I did 15 minutes on the treadmill running and walking (trying to get my back used to it & my foot).

Have great workouts everyone or rest days with your families.

I didn't post yesterday as I was very busy the last couple of days. Looks like everyone else must be as well! I hope you all are having a great holiday weekend:) I did Tear it up yesterday and today I will do tone it up and a imax2. I recieved turbo jam abs from e-bay and will give that a try ! I will let ya all know what I think.

Sabrina-The cd came and I had it signed yesterday! I will get it back to you in the mail on monday.:)

Hey Everyone,
Well I have taken time off since Thanksgiving, and feel pretty good about it:7

Terri I got my cd and I really like it. Your son and his band are very talented!! I can see why are are so proud!! Well my son still has a temp.(he has pneumonia and a sinus infection) so we will go into the hospital again tomorrow and get some more IV antibiotics and check his blood count. I am hoping we won't be there ALL day again, but I will take dvds, books and things to pass the time.

Yes lets start the book tomorrow. I have been doing little things here and there. I really need to work on my kitchen desk area (my hot spot..... It is driving me NUTS) I have all these papers that need to be sorted and tossed!!

I think I am going to continue with a SS rotation I am really liking what I am seeing in my legs/abs/hips. Now Lora you have me kinda interested in my firms:7 I have not done a Firm rotation in a LONG time???

Good evening everyone,
Yesterday I did Power Circuir w/u and cardio circuits, MM Push Pull upper premix no w/u abs and st.
Today was 37 min treadmill run before church,Then due to a age test on Ifit, an 21 minute fast walk on the treadmill,(longer than one mile for me) Then CM complete core. I also did 3 minutes 12 " step, 1 min. pushups, 1 min ab crunches, bench press which I did at 55 lbs 8 reps then did 65 lbs 8 reps and left it there. It said max 4-8 reps how heavy can you go. I did those easily so really don't know. I dont really push that hard on upper body. I need to check and see how it came out. I had my Grandson here over night. We had a movie and smores. I so enjoy having them stay the night. Next weekend I have two overnights with grandchildren.
