Morning Everyone,
Today was supposed to be my rest day, but I need to lose a few of these vacation pounds, so I did a Firm Cardio DVD. I wanted to do it and see how it was (after doing Cathe for months) and see if I want to get the new series. My heartrate stayed in the moderate range from 125-134 and it was only a tiny bit challenging (and to think this used to be a good workout for me before Cathe. I also did Section 1 of StretchMax. Boy, that felt really good after not having time to do Stretchmax all week!! I also did 20 minutes of Kudalini yoga.
Today is my anniversary and I'm probably allowed to buy some exercise DVDs, but I have all of Cathe's from Pure Strength to the newer stuff. The only ones I don't have of hers are some of her older step tapes and I'm not sure if I want to spend my money on The Firm....so I'll think about it.
I'm going to soak in the tub with my Lush bath bomb. Have great workouts everyone!
