Morning Ladies -
This morning I did 20 minutes of intervals on the bike and 20 minutes of run/walking on the treadmill. The treadmill bothers my lower back a bit, but I hope I can get used to it. I also did BeachBody Great Stretch (10 min.).
I had to get up early today cuz my husband wants to go to a 10:00 am movie. I really wanted to sleep in too!!
