Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Sat Jan 14

Morning Ladies -

This morning I just did some light aerobics. I did Pam Cosmi's Steppin' Rhythm.....or should I say "tried to" do it. I only did the first segment (and then repeated part of it) of it plus warm up and cool down and it was about 40 minutes. This looks like a fun workout but I'm not sure I have the patience to learn the steps....or if I even can learn them! I also did Great Stretch by Beachbody (10 minute stretch).

Have great workouts or rest days everyone.
 
Hello there,

Yesterday I sat on my stability ball and did a few sets of concentration curls and that was it. It actually felt nice sitting on the ball.

Today I plan to do Triceps and Shoulders (maybe I'll do some more biceps). All sitting on the ball, so I'm not certain just yet if I'll follow Cathe or not.

Nicole, do you still use your airdene (?) bike. I remember you used to use it a lot and I don’t recall you mentioning it lately.

Dallas, did you ever purchase the natural peanut butter stirrer. There a thread about one a while ago, and I think you said you'd like one. I've been getting kindof lazy about making my lunch lately and have been eating good 'ol pb&j.

I'm going to a Ladies dinner at the church tonight. It should be fun.

Good morning,
Today I did Ifit redrock level 3 treadmill workout with an add on to do 4.75 mi. then I did GS BSB & coremax # 1. No add ons. Hopefully I can get back to a harder workout next week. I am working to be in great shape when dh comes in March. This is a setback for me:) Not in my agenda.

Afternoon ladies!

I have been gone all day and this is the first time I have had the chance to check in. The boys had dentist appointments in Peoria (50 minutes from here) and then we had some things to do while we were there. I bought the Biggest Loser workout at Best Buy (actually I had reward money to spend). Stopped at my moms so she could watch the boys because I needed to go to a couple open houses so I could see what they were like. I then came home and put the things away that we had to pick up and then I was off to the grocery store. I am tired! lol!

I think I had better get some housework done now. My horse keeps getting away from me! LOL!! I will get back on him soon, I have another new workout to try!

Diane Sue-You are in great shape!!!

Susan-Are you still hurting today?

Lora-I hate workouts that take too long to figure out the steps. I don't have much patience for that, I have to save it up for the boys! lol
