Morning Everyone,
This morning I did HSTA plus the ab segment from KPC. I really enjoyed this workout and would enjoy it even more if it didn't have the generic music in it. It is a good mix of exercises and cardio and I think it's totally different than High Step Challenge. I didn't do anything extra today, as I'm not planning on taking a rest day tomorrow, so I'll most likely do the eliptical/bike, stretch segment and one of my new Yoga Booty Ballet DVDs. I've also got Turbo Jam on the way from Beachbody. I've got lots to look forward to when I need a change!
