Hardcore Rotation Checkin August 14 Sunday

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did the step portion of MIC Cardio followed by 35 minutes on the Eliptical and Bike, PLB stability bar segment (had to make up, as I missed it last week), Coremax 3 and stretch. I hit a record on calories burned on my HRM. I had 2 good workouts this weekend. Usually when I'm extremely stressed at work, I work out like a maniac.

Wow lora! That was some workout. Do you mean 35 minutes total or 35 minutes on each? Either way it sounds like a toughie but if you did 35 minuts all 3 that would be super tough!

I am actually going to take a rest day today! Well I will do abs but that is it and trust me that is resting for me!! I hope I don't get all antsy as I have before when I took a a rest or cut back

So how is everyone else today?

Afternoon All!

I took a rest day early yesterday. I had way too many errands with the children....Shop Max. School clothes and shoe shopping. Boy, after that one I was good and exhausted! It's a good thing my dh and other son met up with us for dinner. So nice to not have to cook on the weekend.

Today, even though I didn't feel like it, I did a 5 mile run on the treadmill and then did L&G. I wished I had done GSL though. IMO, GSL is a tougher work out. I was going to print out LL, but there's really nothing to follow. It just says 33 minute leg work out, or something like that. I felt great after my work out! So glad I did it.

Lora ~ You never checked with your doc about using the rebounder? How does it feel?

Nicole ~ I cleaned out both play rooms and the bonus room....5 bags of toys! The sad part is that it doesn't look like much is missing! I wonder if my kids feel "lighter"! LOL!! I also did a major junk drawer in the kitchen. Now I feel better. I don't know about lighter, but definitely better.

Terri ~ Enjoy your rest day! Yeah, that's what I do sometimes on rest days -some abs, a SM segment or yoga. I haven't done yoga in awhile though. I have to get that back into my routine.

Hello Everyone,
Today I am taking a rest day as well. I tell ya I really got a workout yesterday I had to have my dd5 bring me down I towel. I had to wipe my whole body down:D

My workout today is to work on my house}( Dallas you GO GIRL!! 5 bags!!!! WOW!!! I had better get going!!

Sabrina so happy to have you back!! Glad you had a GOOD time. I am so jealous you have that fudge!! I enjoyed the picture's of you and your kids (so cute!!) Last week I had to get injection for a rash d/t allergys ;(

Diane Sue I have been meaning to ask you how long do you usually workout for? All I have to say about your workouts is AWESOME!! Have a GREAT time with your dh.
