5:30am: subbed Imax2 for 3 this morning (Fat Loss Rotation)

Eating wise:
Porridge w/ seeds & nuts
Ryvita w/ houmous
Prawn salad
Apple & nuts
Salmon & veg

Lots of water

Today is:

Kick Max (- leg conditioning drills)
Muscle Max abs only
Stretch max #2

Weight is stubborn at 127. I hope to be at 122 by the end of the rotation.

Also, 1 set of pushup (on toes) to failure. I'm going to do this on all my non-upper body weight days to build up my ability! :)
 
good morning to all!
today's workout: did Muscle max and then walked 15mins varying my incline up to 12%! Doing the 2nd day of the fat loss rotation.

Yeah, I hear you on the stubborn weight! Mine is stuck at 133lbs and i hope to lose 5lbs as well.

hope we reach our goals.
I'll post my eating tomorrow morning for today...you DON'T want to know what I ate yesterday!! uuugggghhh!!!!

Good Morning everyone!

Do you mind if I join in here? I'm going to start the Weight Loss rotation today. I'm hoping this will help me with losing my last few pounds! IMAX3 is up for today as soon as I get DS off to school. Yesterday I took sort of a rest day and did Core Max Balanced Core premix and 2 sections of Stretch Max so I'll be skipping the Core Max section today....don't have that much time this morning.

This check-in will be great to help keep me going with the rotation and I'm hoping it will help keep me with "clean eating." Exercise is usually no problem.....it's my eating habits that hurt me.

Breakfast:
Oat bran
2tabespoons of flaxseed meal
21 grams of whey protein
Blueberries

It's great to "see" everyone.
Strength rotation for me, so I did GS chest/tri (I was shaking & baking alright!!), also 37 min. of leg work (you know, lunges, squats, calf raises... and all those good stuff).

Good Morning,

I am starting the strength rotation today. Might add in some core work also. I always feel guilty if I don't do any cardio but I am sure that there is a method to the rotation for building strength. For breakfast: yogurt & green tea.

GOod morning!! :) Today I am doing muscle max, but cutting out the shoulder part cause my shoulder is sore (i think i slept on it wrong ) lol and also 30 min of spinning

diet:
cereal with banana and skim milk
yogurt
turkey on whole wheat
3 oz chicken breast w/ salad greens and low fat dressing
3 stuffed shells (1% cheese, mostly cottage cheese) with salad
1 cup milk

Today I am starting the fat loss rotation so I did Imax 3 and CM #1.
Boy that Imax 3 had me sweating}( Feels good to know I got my workout done already. I am going to TRY to move my workouts to AM. Wish me luck!!

Morning Everyone -

Well today is IMAX3 since I am doing the fatloss rotation. I did do KPC yesterday as well. I have done the cardio step portion only of IMAX3 - so this will be the first time doing the entire workout... I am very afraid - hehe....

Good luck all and I look forward to this challange with all of you!
 
Sorry I am so late today, busy day at work...

I am so perplexed about what rotation to do, I guess I am starting off with the endurance one. Did Muscle Max for the first time today, WOW! Those plies are killers!!
 
Hi everyone!

No kidding about the MM plies--I was almost in tears. I think those were harder for me than traditional plie squats.

Saw lots of IMAX 3's scheduled for today, which was what I as supposed to do, but I got the kiddos diarreah bug, so I can't workout at all, but I'm checking in anyway.

Don't have much of an appetite, so eating isn't an issue today:-( .

I hope to feel better tomorrow, so that for the remainder of my workout week, I can cram 3 scheduled workouts into 2 days by doing daily doubles:

Tues: IMAX 3+MM upper body (no core)
Wed: Low Max+MM lower body and core

Hi!

Doin' the Fat Loss rotation too...or trying to! :7

I had low energy today (thank you,PMS x( ) and just could not get past the 2nd blast in Imax 3. I then put in Intense Moves cause I know I can modify the moves a little better, and only made it thru a 3rd of that!!

sheeessh!!! Better tomorrow...I hope...I'm sure!!

The upside for me is that I really, really hated to give up. I didn't want an excuse to not workout. I am so happy I was still motivated even if my body wouldn't cooperate...if you know what I mean.

I'm doing the weight loss rotation and did Imax 3 after work and CM #2. Eating was pretty good! Kim
 
HI Gals,
It seems like alot of people have a problem with eating clean.This doesn't make me happy but its nice to know that I am not alone:)
I got up at 6 today and did a 30 min run.I was super busy at work until 12 so I didn't eat until then.
Eating was good today.I did have a little treat though:) I weighed today and I am hoping to lose 6 lbs this month.I am going to try not to weigh for as long as I can.I think when you go up a pound or two, it really breaks your motivation and you get discouraged.
When I got home at 7:30 I did Imax 3.I plan on getting up again tomorrow morning and doing another 30 min run and then MM tomorrow night, and if I have time...maybe another 30 min run:)

Hi Everyone! Checking in late here but I did MM today as I started yesterday! I had said this in another thread somewhere, but this is absolutely my FAVORITE total body workout!! I love this workout!! :) :)
