I see we did not start a new week. Today I did Beast block 3 week 3 chest and triceps. 48 min, 184 calories. I increased a little on this. Two weeks left to complete the program. I then did Rev Abs Fat Burning abs 39 min, 243 calories. I followed this with Rev Abs Total Body(just 1 round and w/u) 16 min, 105 calories, and Mercy abs 15 min, 64 calories adding some weight to the non weighted segments. I wanted to check out the Total Body a little. It is 3 rounds and it seems it is predictable in that it moves along at 3 rounds and the last round they do a spice round that is more difficult. I added the spice rounds to all of the rounds on Mercy Abs. He does this on the cardio too. It gets more intense during the last round. I do like these.

Debbie, my heart goes out to you. Glad you were able to get in some cardio. Work could be a diversion.

Roselyn, I looked at the sugars and didn't feel it was too bad unless I ate a lot. I purchased the chocolate so I knew it sould probably have a little more sugar in it. I will buy the regular next time. I was amazed at the taste. I totally expected it not to taste that good.
 
This morning I did Beast Block 3 week 3 Bulk Legs, 42 min, 270 calories, I then did Rev Abs Rev it Up cardio, 43 min, 350 calories, max hr 162. I finished with Les Mills Pump FLow 20 min, 80 calories. Total time was 1 hr 45 min and calories burned 700.
 
Morning everyone. The funeral went as funeral's go. Very sad, in fact, it was the saddest funeral I've ever been to. And one of the hardest. RIP mom.

Today I did Push/Pull. Had a really good workout. I really like that one, quick and intense. My kind of workout!

This morning I did Beast Tempo Back and Biceps. I can't go as heavy on those rows at the slow count as I can on the Bulk workout. I used a med ball between my knees for the hanging ab work. Workout was 49 min and calories burned was 266. I followed this with Rev Abs Full Throttle. 43 min, 282 calories, max hr 159. I liked this ab work. I think I was stressing my neck a bit. I actually got in more rows with this workout too. Total time was 92 min and calories burned 548.

Debbie, my heart goes out to you. My husband and I have both lost our mothers and it is not easy.
 
Today I did all Rev Abs workouts. I was scheduled to do Beast Cardio and abs. I will hit it on the next Beast Cardio workout this week. I tell you these have all been pretty much lower body and ab focused with a bit of upper body in the mix. I did Rev abs power Intervals 2 , 32 min, 221 calories, I then did Rev abs Strength and endurance that altenated upper and lower with some cardio intervals, 37 min, 247 calories, and I finished with Rev Abs 4X4 which was a free workout if you order through a BB coach. I had no clue how har that was since I was repeating some things like the sprawls and squat thrusts. It is supposed to be 4 rounds of 4 exercises. It was actually 28 min(I thought it was 16 but this is with w/u and stretch) Anyway total time was 98 min and calories burned 669.
 
So I haven't worked out since Wednesday. Yesterday I had to go into work really early and today I'm just too exhausted to get up and do anything. It's been a long, stressful week. So I'm regrouping and then next week I will start with my workout rotation again. I'll be doing cardio Monday & Friday, yoga Tues. & Thurs. and total body on Wednesday. There shouldn't be anything else interferring with my workouts. Hopefully.

Today I did Beast block 3 week 3 build shoulders. I also did Rev Abs Full Throttle Intervals. This was pretty tough. I did it before shoulders and I was shaking by the time I finished shoulders today. I think I may have went to heavy on the overhead stuff on Rev Abs Intervals. I have 1 more of the Rev abs workouts to do and that is fat burning abs.
Rev abs Full Throttle Intervals breakdown
4 rounds of 10 reps
rnd 1-3
Lunge Press holding 1 dumbbell alternating 10 reps then switch the dumbbell to the other hand and do 10 reps Brett uses 25#
dumbbell clean Brett uses 35's 10 reps
skip kicks 45 sec
squat thrust with jump 45 sec
45 sec active rest (mercy)
50 sec in the rev zone mountain climber push ups This is 8 mountain climbers 4 push ups repeated
45 sec rest
on round 3 he ads Ginga and booty time (low bodyweight squats)
rnd 4 is the spice round
lunge is holding 1 dumbbell overhead for 10 alternating reps then switch hands and do 10 more alternating lunges
dumbbell clean adds a overhead press with a hop up
skip kicks he has hands held in fists(I wasn't sure how that was supposed to increase anything myself)
squat thrusts were done as a sprawl with a jump
mountain climber push ups was push ups with a clap or raise 1 leg
Total time today was 79 min and calories burned 582.
 
Today was Beast Cardio and Beast Abs. I followed this with Rev Abs Fire Up yourabs and a 21 minute yoga workout. This was the last Rev Abs workout to check out.
It is 40 min, 3 rnds and goes as follows
rnd 1 and 2 plank 1 min rnd 3 spice round is the plank done with wide feet and alternating arm raises to the side
cobra arms in a w 1 min, rnd 3 arms in a Y
dumbbell jackknife 1 min 30 sec 8 reps rt and 8 lt, rnd 3 changes the grip to a palm up grip
side plank 30 sec rt 30 sec left, on rnd 3 he stacks the feet and has the hand on the floor palm up
cardio is striders for 30 sec, a 30 sec rest then striders in the rev zone a few extra seconds, on the spice round 3 he uses a hammer fist during the striders
