I can't believe it's September already!!!!

Yesterday was p90x chest and back-mostly push ups and pull ups, both of which I suck at :)
Calorie burn was 534 and 44 minutes

Then I went on to a 2 min run/jog and 2 min walk for 20 minutes burned 466
I finished by walking the dog for 15 minutes 194 calories.
Total was 1194-I had such a Diane Sue moment. :)

Today is plyometrics and ab ripper x because I didn't get to it yesterday.

Well, DS has given me his cold and not feeling so good. Really worried about being able to finish the last two workouts of Meso 2, so I tried to go easier today and did LIC Cardio Timesaver premix adding the Blast only add-on to the end. Workout was 59 minutes and I burned 446.
 
Wow, can you all believe it's September already. Where the heck did the summer go?

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #6 w/Candace. Had a really good workout. Change the battery in my HRM and although it lost my HR a few times, at least it didn't go to the Touch reading. Hopefully that problem is taken care of.

As I stated above, it is COLD out this morning! I think we were at 49 when I left for work and that was at quarter to 9. My hands were numb when I got to work because I rode my motorcycle. Yeesh. I sure hope this doesn't portray what our winter is going to be like this year. I'm ready to move south.

It's suppose to warm up, though.

Linda - Take huge amounts of Vitamin C. I usually take around 1500 mg. every two hours when I feel sick. Works for me. Hope you feel better soon!
 
Workout had to be cut off a little this morning. I had to take the grandchildren to school and swing back by the car place where dh was having his work vehicle detailed. We will be back out the door in awhile and then I pick up the children.
I did DrillMax ultra cardio premix and went back and repeated cardio #2 before I did the stretch. Workout was 72 minutes and I burned 701 calories Max HR was 170.
I then did STS Med ball no partner abs and 8 minutes of no equipment abs. DD came in with her children and I needed to get breakfast so stopped there. Maybe I will get in some yoga later. Calories for abs was 100. Total calories was 801. Workout was 90 minutes
 
Hey there.

I actually managed to get my workout in at a decent hour today. I did cardio and yoga--the first half of Tracey's High Intensity Stem Mix II, and then the advanced lower body premix from Yoga for Your Moods.
