ooh I think this is my first time starting thethresd.. I know everyone usually takes the weekends off... but Sundays are atually one of my biggest days to devote to training.. so here goes
Legs-
Squats 5 X failure (10/8/8/8/8) - I think Ill be stuck at this weight for lil longer
Static Lunges 3 X 6-8 i dont actually see this weight going up either :T
Sissy Squats 5 X 10
Leg Presses 3 X 6-8
Machine Step-Ups 3 X 10
funny when I first tried the leg press, which I haven't done one on a machine in over a year, I started with a 45 plate on each end (anyone know the standard weights on these without any plates???) anyways I could barely move it.. stunned, I replaced them with two 35's. Still could barely move it. Baffled I finally figured out that this particular maching had TWO posts for weight and there were TWO 45's on each post already! That's like 180 on each side! No wonder i couldn't move it lol
Back-
Pullups 3 X 3/5/5
Pulldowns 5 X 10
Standing Str8 Pulldowns 5 X 10
Neutral Pulldowns 5 X 8-10
Whew, that took almost two hours, but the rests between the sets was 1-2 mintues for most exercises--
Happy Workouts ladies!!
