Cardio Coach #7 is more running endurance versus shorter sprints and climbs. I love it, it's my favorite.
Char - My weight is up right now too. I hate it but I'm trying not to stress over it. It's inevitable this time of year. I'm enjoying the candies and cookies. It will all be over soon. And also, sometimes too much cardio backfires. You're body is trying to store fat because you are putting it in starvation mode.
