I went Cathe's weight tonite. Tired and weak, so i sdidn't over push it like some people who won't be able to lift their arms tomorrow...
LOL!!!!

Gotta go back and read.

Getting ready for bed maniacs?

Yes wine, but only had one glass, well two,then came home and worked out with tony.

I would love to write my weights broken down, but it's all 10's and 8's #...I did mostly 15-20 reps, so I will go up next time in poundage. I only made it half way through the bonus, and switched to abripper then only made it through 1/2 a**.

No more wine before Tony, although, he did look pretty good.LOL

I will put on my happy face and go to bed now....and pray for sleep

more tomorrow...which I think is YOGAX right? Haven't looked yet.

I went heavier then i have before, and was quite surprised at my strength gains.
Here goes:

Biceps
37# BB curls, 8 reps, 2 times
37# Bb curls half way and up, 8 reps, 2 times
15# alt hammer curls 8 reps, then 6 reps
27# BB curls 6-6 count, 10 reps

Triceps
27# lying BB extensions, 8 reps, 2 times
10# kickbacks 8 reps, 2 times
25# overhead ext 10 reps, 2 times

Back
25# DB rows, 8 reps, 2 times
25# lat pullovers 10 reps, 2 times
37# BB rows underhand, 10 reps, 2 times
37# BB rows overhand, 10 reps, 2 times

Chest
20 toe pushups
15# flys 10 reps. 2xs
37# BB presses 10 reps, 2xs

Shoulders
military press 15# (WOW) 8 reps, 2xs
Alt front raise 10# 10 reps
front raise 10# 10 reps
side lateral 10#, 10 reps, 2xs

Then I did coremax 1.

Very pleased with my self right now. And to think I didn't even feel like working out tonight!

Todays workout ended up being Cardio Coach #5. I kept at it for 1 hr 10 minutes. I ran through the stretch. I did 5 1/2 miles, then I did Tracey Staehles core conditioning and Amy Bento's Stretch#1. I got my All Pump Extreme dvd tonight so will try the lower body tomorrow. I did not get to see the baby. DH and I had an appointment to look at a couple of houses this evening. We will be doing the same tomorrow.

Lora, I eas thinking if the gliding discs were used like ball rollouts I would just do barbell rollouts on my toes. Not sure about the other exercise.

Maeghan, you got in some good weights today. You deserve to be proud of yourself.

Amber, that is fine. I don't mind being Diana Sue:)
