That is interesting. Yes, the 90 sec rest helps me to get my heart rate down just a wee bit as with more reps, tends to get higher. Helps muscles too. I need someone to tell me how much rest to take or I tend to take 3 mins or more.

Charlotte - Rear Raises works the shoulders. You sit on a bench, bend down and raise the weights up to your sides. I didn't care for it, nor did I feel it much. Cathe does these a lot. Great workout! Awesome bicep curls with 60#, thats incredible! About the pics, who's the person on the right in the arm wrestling photos? Nice arms!

DB - my endurance has never suffered from training with heavy weights. Not sure why it would? I only do cardio about three times a week (except this week since I got my Treadmill) and I can still do any of the Imax workouts without modifying. Hope this answers your question.

Diane Sue - I LOVE my treadmill! I just wish my IT band would settle down. That damn thing is killing me again.

Thanks for the clarification. My son has the dark hair and my dd's boyfriend is the red head. So it is either one. You are probably talking about dd's boyfriend. He is really strong, but my sons arms have started getting bigger too. DD's boyfriend has some nice definition.

I do that too. No biggie. Funny though.

Got my benefit makeup I ordered. I ordered "pullover" lipstick. It is so light pink. Wished I didn't order it now. Next time, I will just go to Wal Mart, etc. so I can actually SEE the REAL color. Happy with my boo-ing. Love that stuff. It is a great concealer, but I use it as a complete foundation. Got dd rave reviews lip gloss. Has a dash of red in there. Think it will look good on her.

Well I am in crunch time now. Still doing ebay and got to take son to work tonight. He is the only that doesn't drive yet.

Evening all.Today was cardio so I ran hill repeats for 25 min did me abs and stretched 40 min total.Tomorrow is full body day 8-10 reps I am going to do the supersets dvd that will fit perfect.

Well, I got in my workout. I did Low Max and repeated combo #6, then GS BB timesaver no w/up or str, GS BB Superset premix no w/up.

Adri, you talk about Cathe's workouts and your mom wanting them. Does she get on the forums? It sounds like you have a heavy schedule coming up with school, gymnastics, and weight training. DH has met quite a few gymnasts. We have pictures of him with Shannon Miller ( I took), Bart Connor( I am in that one), Nadia Comaniche. Good luck with the gymnastics. I hope you fulfill your dreams.

I finally did my WO. L&G and then 25 min on the TM, on a good incline. My but is sore sitting here! I love it!!

DS- that is really cool you met those gymnasts! Sounds like a kick butt WO, literallY!

Sheila- sounds like you had a good one too

I am still feeling the DOMS on my back. Feels good though, not to sore where it is uncomfortable, since that can happen with my back.
